These are the terms that govern shopping with FASHION IT by Aaliyah. Placing an order means you agree to them.
Buying a piece
- Most drops are one-per-size, first-come first-served. If two people check out at the same size, the first order confirmed gets the piece.
- Prices are shown in Trinidad & Tobago dollars (TT$) and include the cost of the piece only.
- Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your zone.
Payment
We accept bank transfer, cash on delivery, and payment on pickup. Card payments are not taken on this site. Prices are shown in TT dollars; USD is accepted for international orders on request. Payment is due before the order ships, except for cash-on-delivery orders.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Trinidad & Tobago, and ship regionally across the Caribbean and internationally via DHL / FedEx. Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Returns & exchanges
We accept exchanges only. Refunds are offered only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Exchange requests must reach us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery (weekends excluded), and the piece must be in its original packaging, unworn, unstained, and with tags attached. The customer covers the return-delivery cost for exchanges. Sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates are final sale. Full policy on the Returns section.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the shop (fake orders, charge-back fraud, harassment).
- You can request account deletion at any time. WhatsApp or Instagram us and we'll handle it within 7 days.
Content
Product photos, product copy, and site design are the property of FASHION IT by Aaliyah. Please don't reproduce them for commercial use without asking us first.
Limits
We do our best to describe every piece accurately, but colors on screen can differ slightly from real life, and small variations in handmade or hand-finished pieces are part of their character, not defects. If a piece arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Changes
We may update these terms as the shop grows. Substantial changes will be flagged at the top of the page for 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. Any dispute we can't settle by conversation is subject to the courts of Trinidad.
