FASHION IT by Aaliyah ("we", "us") is a small boutique based in Trinidad. This page explains what we collect when you shop with us, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it simple, no dark patterns, no selling data, no ads.
What we collect
- Name and email, so we can confirm your order and reach you if we need to.
- Delivery address and phone, so the courier can drop your piece to you.
- Payment details, processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
- Order history, the items, sizes, and totals for every order you place, so you can see them in your account and we can help if something goes wrong.
- Cookies and local storage, small pieces of data your browser keeps so your cart survives a page refresh and you stay signed in.
Why we collect it
- To fulfill and deliver your orders.
- To answer questions when you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
- To send occasional updates about new drops, only if you opt in on the newsletter form, and you can unsubscribe any time.
- To keep the shop working (bags, wishlists, sign-in sessions).
Who sees it
- Aaliyah, the shop owner, so she can pack, confirm, and answer questions.
- Our delivery courier, gets your address and phone number so they can find you.
- Supabase, the database and authentication service where your data is stored securely.
- Google, if you sign in with Google, they know you signed in. Standard OAuth: we get your name and email, nothing else.
We never sell your information. We never share it with anyone outside the list above.
How long we keep it
Orders stay in our records for as long as needed for accounting and to help you with returns or exchanges. If you'd like your account or order history deleted, message us and we'll take care of it within 7 days.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and data.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
